Work ON your business
not just IN your business

This is an area of assistance to clients who really prefer to off-load the management of their financial affairs.

Thus we assist with cash flows, budgets, analysis of past results and future planning activities.

One aspect is to prepare the financial statement for the past period.  However, considering those results in detail with the client is essential if they are to progress in their business.  We can also organise comparisons with similar businesses.

We are often called upon to assess a business being considered for purchase by a client.

We can arrange company registration procedures, trust deeds and superannuation funds, partnership agreements, etc using the services of a legally qualified organisation.

We also have excellent contacts for clients seeking general or workers' compensation insurance.

If investment real estate is of interest to you, we can make recommendations.

When you have a need for finance, ask about our reliable contacts.

Turning back to the heading in this section - Work ON your business, not just IN your business - what do we mean?

If you own your own business, you need time to reflect and plan for the future and you cannot do that if you are fully occupied in your business.

The ideal business is one where you have trained and experienced staff who can operate, whether you are there or not. Otherwise you will find it a burden week by week with little chance of a break.

We humans were designed to rest one day a week. That means a real rest, completely switched off from what you normally do through the week.

If you are able to work ON your business, you may be able to grow and expand and that should add to the bottom line. Why?

In any business there are certain expenses that are payable whether your turnover is Y or double Y. Hence, by increasing turnover with the normal profit margin, you should increase your bottom line. If we can help, contact us.
